In accordance with Regulation 853/2004 and Regulation (EU) No 786/2013, the limits of marine biotoxins in shellfish meat or any other consumable part separately are as follows:

Paralyzing toxins (PSP): 800 µg/kg

Amnesic toxins (ASP): 20 mg domoic acid/kg

Okadaic acid, dinophysistoxins, pectenotoxins: 160 µg of equivalents of okadaic acid/kg

Yessotoxins: 3.75 mg of yessotoxin equivalents/kg

Azaspiracids: 160 µg equivalent of azaspiracid/kg
